What is the best do it yourself way to remove a windshield from a 94 Plymouth grand voyager to be used again?

I got a junk van from friends for parts needed for mine, mainly need the windshield. Is there a good way to get the uncracked windshield out to replace my cracked one? Can't afford to have it done professionally. Also, will the a/c compressor interchange between the 3.0 and 3.3 motors?What is the best do it yourself way to remove a windshield from a 94 Plymouth grand voyager to be used again?
Windshield are not a thing you really....re-use. You can usually find a place to replace yours for $100 or less, it makes no sense to buy a parts vehicle mainly for the windshield. If you try to, you are gonna break it getting it out.
