My '05 Cadillac Escalade windshield washer reservoir for has leak, how can I fix or replace it?

The moment I pour solvent into the windshield washer reservoir it starts leaking at fairly quick rate...Any suggestions? Websites?My '05 Cadillac Escalade windshield washer reservoir for has leak, how can I fix or replace it?

check to see if the hose has slipped off. if that is good and you can see the leak, put a small amount of SEALALL ( no mixing required ) or similar product on the tip of your finger (or anything that can reach it) and dab it on the hole. wait an hour and pour a little fluid in to see if you got it. if you can't see it you must remove the reservoir and do the repair.
dry it off good and put some duct tape on it. i did that a few times.
