How do I remove my car insp. sticker intact so I can replace my windshield and still use it?

Use a label remover (liquid), available at places like Staples, Office Max, etc. Then, do it slowly with a single edge razor blade. Or, try just heating it with a hair dryer, and that razor blade. They are made to be damaged upon removal so they can not be taken off a windshield and put on another. Can you guess why?

in our town if you bring the brake tag reciept and the windshield reciept they give us one for free
if a shop is replacing your windshield they can either move your sticker or they will give you paperwork to get a new one
