How can I replace my cars back windshield myself?

My car 95 Chevy Beretta... a large stick hit the back window and it is severely damaged and I need to replace it... it costs about $450 to take it and get it replaced at a shop. I dont have that kind of money. Is there any way to do it myself? How can I replace my cars back windshield myself?
if there is any trim covering the edges of the window, that has to come off.

The window is held on with glue, or a butyl black sticky tape.

The pros usually run a long flexible wire between the glass and the glue to ';cut'; the window out.

The new window will need to be applied with similar glue or black sticky tape-like stuff. I am not sure if this glue comes with the new window , or if you must buy it.

If the window has a rear window defroster , there will be a couple electrical connections that you must carefully unplug on the old window and replug on the new window.

To save money, you might want to get a window without this rear window defroster, if you don't think you'll need it.

Get a used window at a junk yard and see if you can watch the guy cut the window off, so you can learn :)

It's a job that I would try, but i would get someone to help. How can I replace my cars back windshield myself?
It's A Big Pain In The A** You Need A Shop To Do That.... That Seems High Shop Around Get Window From A Junk Yard And Just HAve Them (The Window Shop) Install Should Set You Back 200 Bucks!
You could always get some glue and put it back together. A lot of auto glass replacement companies will pay your deductible. It may not cost you anything to have it repaired.
