If you have comprehensive insurance coverage, it should just cost your deductible. I had one replaced (not a Rav4) a few years ago and it was over $300. If you have a loan out on the vehicle you're required to have full coverage insurance on it.
Assuming you do, you have comprehensive insurance, the cost to replace your windshield is probably free.
Check with your insurance agent.
