It is correct you should check your insurance policy, and if they have special glass policy. Otherwise they will ';pay'; for the repair, but still require your comprehensive deductible.





Call your local glass places and get some estimates. You can also call the dealer and see if they will give you a recommendation for a glass repairer (Dealers typically contract out the glasswork to someone else).

You might need to stop by and have a get ahold of a mechanic outside of the bosses' earshot if they won't tell you officially.
