Can a car windshield be replaced in the rain?

Don't because it will create pockets and could pop out. Your windsheild is part of the saftey sysytem in your car. Use a fast drying urathane. Your drive away time will be faster. But do it when it is dry. Make sure to get all the old urathane off, use a windsheild primer. Can a car windshield be replaced in the rain?
As far as I know you can (because the sealent is petroleum based), But I wouldn't for the simple fact you'll get the interior of your vehicle wet.Can a car windshield be replaced in the rain?
Only if it is indoors but you want the car dry
Sure just work fast between the rain drops
Yes, they have tents to work under. My roommate works for two windshield repair companies. It takes about 40 minutes. Set up, removal, sealing, and replacement. And they come to where you are.

Just got through talking with my roommate about this. They do have tents, but highly recommend that you don't do an install in the rain. Too many issues with it not sealing properly. They only use the tents when the customer demands the install, but they won't guarantee the work.
