My Mercedes c320 windshield wipers stop above where they should be when turned off. How do I adjust them?

After I bought my car and the dealer replaced my windshield wipers, I noticed that they don't go all the way down leaving them to block my view. Can they be adjusted? My Mercedes c320 windshield wipers stop above where they should be when turned off. How do I adjust them?
Yes they can. But I would take the car back to the dealer that last worked on the wipers. It`s not your place to be trying to adjust your wipers because they are not smart enough to properly replace the blades. It may require a special tool to remove the arms and that is what it sounds lie they done. Most blades can be replaced with out removing the arms. So I have to question why they did it in the first place.

Some of the arms are push on and some are bolt on. To properly adjust them first remove both arms. Then with your ignition on engine off, turn your wipers on and let them cycle a couple times, then turn them off with the wiper switch. Then turn off your ignition. What this does is set your wiper transmission in the proper location. Now take you wiper arms and locate them where they should be with the wipers off when your car was new. Waa Laaa.

But seriously I would make the people who done the job re do their work.
