Anyplace! You can buy them at Walmart or get new ones at Jiffy Lube - or another oil change place when you get your oil changed. they're usually between $5-$10 apiece.
I have an 05 hyundai accent and I went to autozone to replace my windshield wipers. I got the bosch ones, they were 22 dollars a piece but they work great.
