You're better off taking it to a shop to have replaced. Replacing the windshield is not difficult provided you have the correct tools and know how. However, if you don't have the either, it could turn out to be an expensive nightmare for you. Save yourself the time and aggravation and have someone who has the tools, experience to replace it for you.How do you replace a windshield?

have it done for you, its a lot cheaper than if you screw up trying to do it on your own
Believe me, it's not a job to do yourself. It's messy and if the window doesn't fit just right it will leak. Leave it to the professionals,
Dont even try. Its just waste of time and money. I did it once and everything was working perfect for 2 days UNTIL......my windshield cracked! I guess I put too much pressure or something. Anyway, you have to buy the glass, and thats about $60 bucks. What if you don't do it right? think about it. Average price for a windshield with labor is about $200
